Intro to Clay: Handbuilding + Wheel Throwing
8 Tuesdays Ages 18+
Whether you're brand new to clay or have a little experience under your belt, this course is a great way to build skills, explore techniques, and get creative with both handbuilding and wheel throwing.
Over the course of 8 consecutive Tuesdays, you'll learn the foundations of working with clay while developing your own style and confidence in the studio.
What’s included:
Unlimited clay
Firing for up to 9 finished pieces
Tools and glazes
6 open studio hours per week to practice (studio hours may vary)
Each student is allotted kiln space for 9 pieces total during the session. Want to make more? No problem—extra work can be fired for a small fee.
Important Notes:
Students must be 18 or older
Attendance at the first class is required
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 10 days before the course begins are eligible for a full refund, minus a $30 processing fee.
No refunds or transfers can be offered within 10 days of the start date or once the course has begun.
