Intro to Clay: Wheel Throwing + Handbuilding

Ages 18+
Whether you're brand new to clay or have a little experience under your belt, this course is a great way to build skills, explore techniques, and get creative with both handbuilding and wheel throwing.
Over the course of 8 classes, you'll learn the foundations of working with clay while developing your own style and confidence in the studio.
Instructor: Kelly Beiermann
What’s included:
Unlimited clay
Firing for up to 10 finished pieces
Tools and glazes
6 open studio hours per week to practice (studio hours may vary)
Each student is allotted kiln space for 10 pieces total during the session. Want to make more? No problem—extra work can be fired for a small fee.
Important Notes:
Students must be 18 or older
Attendance at the first class is required
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 10 days before the course begins are eligible for a full refund, minus a $30 processing fee.
No refunds or transfers can be offered within 14 days of the start date or once the course has begun.
